Orders under £50 & International orders may be returned as per our returns policy, if put in the post within 14 days of delivery, at the customers own return postage cost.
Returns from outside the EU will need to have a customs declaration attached which will be made available by the Post Office or Courier service. Please fill this out as RETURN, ORIGIN = UK to ensure that it's not held up by UK customs or attracts any UK customs charges on the way back. We cannot be held responsible for failure to adhere to this.

Please do not post items back after the returns time limit specified without prior authorisation as we reserve the right to not refund or exchange them and will have to charge a re-posting fee before we can send it back to you.
We also provide a 3 Months Faulty Goods Guarantee in case an item develops a fault that is not deemed to be caused by accident, miss-use, maltreatment, incorrect washing or fair wear & tear. We aim to DISPATCH all Royal Mail Delivery orders the SAME DAY if received before 4pm UK time (DPD before 2pm) on week days or by next working day for orders received after 4pm (DPD after 2pm) or on weekends & holidays.
DPD NEXT DAY UK & DPD INTERNATIONAL Delivery orders received before 2pm (UK time) week days will DISPATCH SAME DAY or next working day if ordered after 2pm or on weekends & holidays.

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY:- If no-one is in to sign for a delivery when it is attempted, the postal service should leave a card for you (some services may notify you by text or email) in order for you to arrange RE-DELIVERY (For UK orders this can be arranged via Royal Mail's Tracking website) OR Collection from your local mail sorting office where the item will usually be held for a period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If re-delivery or collection is not arranged by the customer & the item is unclaimed, or if the item is undeliverable to the address you provided, and is eventually returned to us we will contact you to see if you want it re-sending or the item refunded but we reserve the right to charge a re-posting fee or deduct the original postage fee from any refund due, particularly where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided

INTERNATIONAL (NON EU/NON EEA) CUSTOMS:- Charges do vary from country to country & from time to time. In the event of non-payment & the parcel being held by your customs due to this, they should eventually return it to us at which point we would refund the order less shipping costs.
