THE UK UNFORTUNATELY LEFT THE E.U CUSTOMS UNION ON 1ST JANUARY 2021 . WE ARE VERY SORRY BUT DUE TO THIS WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED SHIPPING TO THE E.U. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, 

Once we are enrolled in a new E.U. scheme  whereby we can register for and charge E.U. VAT & have made the necessary changes to our software and website, we will re-establish a smooth delivery service to the E.U. without additional or unexpected import charges.

WE CANNOT CURRENTLY SHIP TO UKRAINE DUE TO THE CURRENT SECURITY SITUATION.

WE WILL NOT SHIP TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OR BELARUS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day if received before 4pm UK time (DHL before 3pm UK time) on week days or by next working day for orders received after 4pm (DHL after 3pm) or on weekends & holidays. Delivery time estimates are from dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking number & tracking links as soon as your order has been processed, packed & is ready for next dispatch.

*A retrospective excess weight surcharge may be requested before shipping Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL orders weighing OVER 2kg or DHL orders OVER 5kg or a remote area surcharge for DHL orders to international addresses in remote areas.

We dispatch all items from the UK so they will be classed as imports by your countries customs.

U.S. CUSTOMERS can currently receive up to $800 USD (aprox £565 GBP) worth of goods per shipment from the UK, FREE OF ANY US TAX & CUSTOMS CHARGES

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS can currently receive up to $1000 AUD (aprox £545 GBP) worth of goods per shipment from the UK, FREE OF ANY AUSTRALIAN TAX & CUSTOMS CHARGES.

INTERNATIONAL (NON UK) CUSTOMS:-  Charges do vary from country to country & from time to time. IF your countries customs do impose charges & you are notified by them of any taxes or duties raised by them then you as the importer will be responsible for payment of these charges and in some cases may need to pay them before they will release the order to be delivered. In the event of non-payment & the parcel being held by your customs due to this, they should eventually return it to us at which point we would refund the order less shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or failure to pay customs charges.  For more information you may want to contact your local customs office or refer to their website so that you are not surprised by any customs charges that you may not have expected.

Please be patient during the current COV19 pandemic and the busy period around Christmas & New Year or during adverse weather conditions as deliveries may take slightly longer than estimated to arrive.

There may be circumstances beyond our control which may delay delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services or international customs. In the very rare event of non-delivery after 2-3 weeks of the due delivery date, we will ask the postal service to investigate and If and once the postal service deems the item to be missing we will refund or re-send the order.

RETURNS POLICY:-

RETURN for REFUND or EXCHANGE within 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY* ON ALL ORDERS 

FREE UK TRACKED RETURNS on ALL U.K. ORDERS that are posted back within *Returns Deadline A FREE ROYAL MAIL UK POSTAGE RETURNS LABEL WILL BE INCLUDED with your delivery.
You can return from any UK Post Office OR you can now arrange for Royal Mail to collect from your address for 60 Pence. https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems

We will REFUND Or if you prefer EXCHANGE, FREE of re-posting charges any goods purchased on this site, provided they are posted back unused & unworn in original condition with original labels / shoe-boxes within Returns Deadline

All International orders may be returned as per our returns policy, if put in the post within *Returns Deadline at the customers own return postage cost.

IF you have any further questions about returns please contact us via our CONTACT PAGE at least 24 hours before returns deadline.

If your UK order did not receive a free UK returns label in error, please contact us & we can Email a free UK postage label for you to print out.

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE U.K will need to have a CUSTOMS DECLARATION attached which will be made available by the Post Office or Courier service. PLEASE FILL THIS OUT AS:- "RETURNED ITEM(S)" to ensure that it's not held up by UK customs or attracts any UK customs charges on the way back. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS or any charges arising as a result.
