For Royal Mail international orders the delivery partner is usually your National Postal Service. Please check Royal Mail International Updates to see if there are delays or suspension of service to or within your country.
We are taking extra precautions when picking and packing your orders, staff must report without symptoms & are washing hands regularly & using hand sanitizer and we are regularly deep cleaning.
We aim to DISPATCH all Royal Mail Delivery orders the SAME DAY if received before 4pm UK time (DHL before 3pm) on week days or by next working day for orders received after 4pm (DHL after 3pm) or on weekends & holidays.
DHL Delivery orders received before 3pm (UK time) week days will be DISPATCHED SAME DAY or next working day if ordered after 3pm or on weekends & holidays.

DELIVERY TIMES depend on the service you choose & are estimated from dispatch. They are shown below as well as during checkout & in your dispatch Email.
All The delivery services we use include TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION on delivery (we cannot send to P.O. Boxes or unmanned addresses)
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY:- If no-one is in to sign for a delivery when it is attempted, the postal service should leave a card for you (some services may notify you by text or email) in order for you to arrange RE-DELIVERY (For UK orders this can be arranged via Royal Mail's Tracking website) OR Collection from your local mail sorting office where the item will usually be held for a period of approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If re-delivery or collection is not arranged by the customer & the item is unclaimed, or if the item is undeliverable to the address you provided, and is eventually returned to us we will contact you to see if you want it re-sending or the item refunded but we reserve the right to charge a re-posting fee or deduct the original postage fee from any refund due, particularly where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided

NON EU / NON EEA CUSTOMERS.
We dispatch all items from the UK so they will be classed as imports by your countries customs.
U.S. CUSTOMERS can currently receive up to $800 USD (aprox £565 GBP) worth of goods per shipment from the UK, FREE OF ANY US TAX & CUSTOMS CHARGES
AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS can currently receive up to $1000 AUD (aprox £545 GBP) worth of goods per shipment from the UK, FREE OF ANY AUSTRALIAN TAX & CUSTOMS CHARGES.
INTERNATIONAL (NON EU/NON EEA) CUSTOMS:- Charges do vary from country to country & from time to time. IF your countries customs do impose charges & you are notified by them of any taxes or duties raised by them then you as the importer will be responsible for payment of these charges and in some cases may need to pay them before they will release the order to be delivered. In the event of non-payment & the parcel being held by your customs due to this, they should eventually return it to us at which point we would refund the order less shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or failure to pay customs charges. For more information you may want to contact your local customs office or refer to their website so that you are not surprised by any customs charges that you may not have expected.
If your order does not arrive when expected please use the tracking number & link in your dispatch email or showing in your account to check the tracking status. Please be patient during the current COV19 pandemic and the busy period around Christmas & New Year or during adverse weather conditions as deliveries may take slightly longer than estimated to arrive.
There may be circumstances beyond our control which may delay delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal services or international customs. In the very rare event of non-delivery after 2-3 weeks of the due delivery date, we will ask the postal service to investigate and If and once the postal service deems the item to be missing we will refund or re-send the order.
RETURN for REFUND or EXCHANGE within 30 DAYS of DELIVERY on ALL ORDERS
We will REFUND Or if you prefer EXCHANGE, FREE of re-posting charges any goods purchased on this site, provided they are posted back unused & unworn in original condition with original labels / shoe-boxes within Returns Deadline
FREE UK TRACKED RETURNS on UK ORDERS £50 and OVER that are posted back within 30 Days of delivery. A FREE ROYAL MAIL UK POSTAGE RETURNS LABEL WILL BE INCLUDED with your delivery. You can return from any UK Post Office.
IF you have any questions about returns, or you ordered before 20th March 2020 when we lowered the free returns order amount, and your order was over £60 and hence still eligible for a Free UK Return, please contact us via our CONTACT PAGE at least 24 hours before returns deadline & we can Email a free UK postage label to print off.

International orders (& UK orders under £50) may be returned as per our returns policy, if put in the post within *Returns Deadline at the customers own return postage cost.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU will need to have a CUSTOMS DECLARATION attached which will be made available by the Post Office or Courier service. PLEASE FILL THIS OUT AS:- "RETURN" ORIGIN = UK to ensure that it's not held up by UK customs or attracts any UK customs charges on the way back. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS or any charges arising as a result.
