American Needle
American Needle is a family-owned headwear brand founded in Chicago in 1918 that pioneered the sports-licensed apparel industry. Originally a sewing needle importer, the company made history in 1946 when it convinced the Chicago Cubs to sell fan versions of player caps—a move that was so successful the first batch sold out in one day.
