U.S Customers used to be able to receive up to $800 USD (aprox £600 GBP) worth of goods per shipment TAX & DUTY FREE under previous U.S. Customs DE-MINIMIS Rules  

However due to recent U.S. GOVT. CHANGES all goods entering the USA now attract U.S. Import Duty (Tariffs) We have updated our delivery service to USA to DELIVERED DUTY PAID (DDP) to ensure transparency, so you will now be charged Import Duty at our CHECKOUT which we pay to the courier who pay it to U.S Customs (we have no control over these charges)

The Duty amount will depend on the specific type of goods and the Country of Origin where the goods are made. This should be around 10% to 15% for UK Made, around 15% for EU Made but can be more for goods made in other countries.

Your delivery will NOT attract any further charges at the U.S. border as we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to USA.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  Our $CAD Prices are FREE of 20% UK VAT that is charged to UK Customers ( i.e they are LOWER) but we currently ship to Canada DUTY UNPAID, So goods may attract Canadian GST (5%) and Import Duty, the duty rate may depend on  the type of goods and where thay are made. The customer is responsible for any Canadian Customs charges and may be contacted for payment by the delivery partner, usually Canada Post, for payment of any import charges prior to delivery.
